I’m Katie, a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Health and nutrition have always been my passion, and I specialize in Group Fitness, where I get to create energizing and motivating environments to help people reach their fitness goals. But for me, it’s not just about the workouts—helping people improve their nutrition is my number one priority. I believe that proper nutrition is the foundation of long-term health and fitness, and I work closely with my clients to help them build sustainable habits that support their overall well-being.
